When making your reservation, let us know what time you would like to arrive at the airport, and we will suggest a customised pickup time.

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the exit point from your flight holding a sign with your name and company logo if applicable.

You missed your plane and are taking the next flight;
You cannot find your chauffeur;
You wish to cancel your reservation;
Etc.

We take it upon ourselves to check flight and train arrival statuses, and will modify our schedules in response.
That is why we always ask that flight and/or train numbers as well as departure cities be indicated at the  time of reservation.
You will never be asked to pay for wait times due to flight or train delays.

For regular pickup and drop-off assignments we do not charge cancellation fees, assuming we are informed at least three hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Our chauffeurs wait until all passengers have left the flight.
Then they will call your mobile number to check where you are.
You may also call our company to let us know what has happened, and your chauffeur will wait for you.
